I am looking for volunteer help with an upcoming Crim event on May 5th. I planned on hosting a table at the Crim training kickoff but I now need to attend a National Kidney Foundation of Michigan event that evening. I’m hoping that a couple of you can help with Crim since I can no longer be in attendance. Here are the details::
- Tuesday, May 5
- Kickoff at Riverfront Conference Center (1 Riverfront Plaza, Flint, MI 48502) downtown Flint on the UM-Flint campus (same space as the Crim Expo). All of you can have a table at the event, provided by Crim. Table coverings, backdrops, additional giveaways, raffle items, are all optional and will be provided by your teams. We will send parking and loading info closer to the event, so don't worry about getting lost
·Set up - 4PM
·Event - 5-7:30PM
·Teardown to follow
- We usually see 1,200-1,300 people attend.
I can get giveaway items sent your way or potentially have them dropped off in advance (I’ll have to find out if that’s an option). I have sent 1,500 brochures to Crim in advance, so you won’t need those. They will be placed in the goodie bags of each person in attendance.
