Hartley is VERY popular at the Check Your Heart Capitol Rally, and we are looking for a couple volunteers to help Hartley shine!
One would perform as Hartley, the other would be Hartley's handler (helping get into costume, walk Hartley around, take photos of people with Hartley using their phones).
GREAT NEWS - Hartley has a neck-fan for the performer to wear inside the costume, which makes a huge difference in staying cool!
Most of the performance would be before the program begins. Hartley will also stand near the Capitol steps after the March of Honor, with the rest of the crowd. After that, Hartley can get out of costume and enjoy the program.
